Me and my wife are looking at a 2019 Mercedes Sprinter RV on kjrepo.com and honestly we're pretty nervous about it. Its a repo and the price is way cheaper than RVTrader.

Listing has photos and a report that says some cosmetic stuff but mechanically its good. Price seems too good to be true tho.

Has anyone actually bought a Sprinter RV from kjrepo? How was it? Did the condition report match what you got? How long did delivery take?

Any help would be great before we send them money lol.

Bought a 2020 Winnebago Revel from kjrepo back in July, whole thing went pretty smooth honestly.

Condition report was accurate. Small scratch on bumper and drivers seat was worn, exactly what they said. No surprises when it showed up.

Payment was easy, wired money to escrow and they confirmed in like 2 hours. Started setting up delivery right away.

Took about 2 weeks to get here which was actually faster than they said. Driver was cool, we checked everything together before I signed.

9/10 would buy from them again.

Got a 2018 Sprinter conversion from kjrepo in September. Good experience but delivery took forever.

They said 10-14 days but it took like 3.5 weeks. Said they wanted to use a proper RV transport instead of regular one which makes sense I guess.

Was annoyed waiting but they kept emailing me updates and saying sorry. When it finally came tho it was worth it, van looked perfect.

Report said some hail damage on roof (barely noticeable) and sink leaked a little. Both true, got the sink fixed for $85.

Just expect delivery to take like a month and youll be fine. RV was way better than I thought for the price.

What I liked about kjrepo was how helpful their sales people were. Had so many questions about the Mercedes Class B and they answered everything.

Called them like 6-7 times in a week asking about random stuff. They never seemed annoyed which was nice.

One guy even helped me read the condition report and pointed out stuff I missed. Felt like they actually cared instead of just wanting my money.

Ended up getting a 2019 Airstream Interstate. Took about 16 days to get here, looked exactly like the photos.

Got a 2021 Winnebago Revel 4x4 from kjrepo earlier this year, things been amazing.

Had like 80+ photos showing engine, underneath, interior, solar panels, everything. Report said some scratches and windshield chip which was all there.

Took about 18 days to arrive but no damage or anything. Took it to Mercedes dealer right away for inspection ($200), they said just change transmission and brake fluid which is normal.

Had 32k miles, runs perfect. Put another 8k on it since then, zero problems. Mercedes drivetrain is solid.

I'll echo what others have said about the professionalism of the kjrepo team. I'm a first-time RV buyer and was completely overwhelmed by the whole process.

Their customer service team spent probably an hour on the phone with me total (across multiple calls) explaining everything from how to interpret the condition report to what questions I should ask my insurance company to what paperwork I'd need for registration.

They sent me a detailed PDF guide about the buying process, a sample purchase agreement so I knew what to expect, and even recommended I get a pre-purchase inspection arranged (though it's as-is, so optional).

I bought a 2020 Pleasure-Way Plateau (Mercedes chassis) and while delivery took about 19 days, they kept me informed throughout. The sales rep even called me personally to let me know there was a 3-day delay due to weather affecting transport schedules.

When the RV arrived, everything was as described. Minor cosmetic wear, but mechanically sound. I've been using it for 6 months now and absolutely love it.

Mine came way faster, only 12 days. Probably cuz Im in Nevada and RV was in California so not far.

Got a 2019 Roadtrek Zion. Report said cabinet doors were off and seat was worn. Fixed the cabinets myself in like 20 mins.

Engine was perfect, 28k miles. Had my mechanic check it out and he said its good.

Paid like 25% less than market price so Im happy.

Got a 2020 Coachmen Beyond Sprinter. Won the auction and got confirmation email in like 30 mins. They sent payment stuff next day, I wired the money and they confirmed it in 2 hours.

Took about 20 days total to get delivered. Transport company called me 2 days before to set up a time.

RV looked exactly like they said. Some water stains on ceiling and scratches outside, all in the report.

Had it for 4 months now, been on 3 big trips. Zero problems, Mercedes engine is solid.

Looked at 3 dealers before kjrepo and honestly kjrepo was way better.

Dealers were super pushy trying to sell me warranties and stuff. Wouldnt even tell me the history of the RV. Kjrepo just showed everything upfront, all the photos and reports.

Yeah its sold as-is but at least I knew what I was getting. Dealers acted like their RVs were perfect but wouldnt let me inspect them.

Got a 2019 Winnebago Travato for $22k less than dealers. Took 2.5 weeks to come, everything was like they said.

Would buy from kjrepo again 100%. Those dealers? Never lol.

Im an RV mechanic and Ive checked out like 8 Sprinters from kjrepo this year. All of them matched the reports.

Mercedes Sprinter is pretty reliable. Solid engine and transmission. Usually the problems are with the RV stuff like plumbing and appliances, not the Mercedes part.

If youre buying one get it inspected after ($500-1000), check all the systems work, look for water damage around windows. Budget some money for repairs just in case.

The ones from kjrepo were actually in good shape. Just know its a repo so dont expect perfect.

Im in Canada and bought from kjrepo, worked fine. Just took longer cuz of customs, like 4 weeks.

They helped with the paperwork I needed for Canadian customs which was good.

Got a 2019 Leisure Travel Van. Had to pay GST and import fees but still way cheaper than buying in Canada.

Everything went smooth. If youre outside US its doable.

Thanks everyone! This really helped.

Sounds like the reports are accurate, delivery just takes a while, and kjrepo is legit. Gonna bid on the Sprinter this weekend.

Read the report a few times, looks good. Few scratches but runs fine.

Ill update when we get it. Thanks again!
